1. Twee rollen

English

1. Two roles

Triginet has two roles. As controller for data you leave on triginet.com, in the contact form or in correspondence, and for connecting our own social media channels (see section 4). This statement covers that. As processor for data we process on behalf of business clients in their automated processes. That is covered by the data processing agreement with that client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please direct your request to them.

Triginet Multimedia, Chamber of Commerce 05077235, info@triginet.com

2. What we process and why

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, company): to answer your question and make a proposal. Basis: performance of or steps prior to a contract.
  • Client data (contact person, address, billing details): to deliver and invoice services. Basis: performance of the contract.
  • Administration (invoices, payment data). Basis: legal obligation.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, device): for security and proper functioning of the website. Basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making with legal effect.

3. Where your data is held

The data we process for our clients in their automated processes stays entirely within the European Union. For the contact form on this website we use FormSubmit, a service based outside the European Economic Area. It processes only what you enter in that form: your name, email address, company name and message. If you would rather avoid that, email us directly at info@triginet.com.

4. Google and YouTube data (social media management)

Triginet runs its own self-hosted installation of the scheduling software Postiz to publish posts and videos on Triginet's own YouTube channels and those of its brands. To do so, we connect those channels through Google OAuth. This is done only with Google accounts owned by Triginet; we do not connect accounts of visitors or clients.

  • What data: basic details of the connected channel (name, channel ID, profile picture), access tokens issued by Google, and statistics for our own channels and videos.
  • What for: solely to schedule and publish videos and posts on those channels and to show their performance in our own environment.
  • Storage: on our own server, stored securely and accessible only to those who need it. Access tokens are kept for as long as the channel is connected.
  • Sharing: we do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Triginet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This integration uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

Access can be revoked at any time in the Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). After revocation or disconnection we delete the related access tokens.

5. Who we share data with

We engage service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Hosting provider: website and server capacity, within the EU
  • Email provider: business email, within the EU
  • Accounting software: invoicing and records, within the EU
  • Payment service provider: payment processing, within the EU
  • FormSubmit: forwarding the contact form to our mailbox, based outside the EEA

We have a processing agreement with the parties inside the EU. Beyond that we only share your data where the law requires it.

6. Retention periods

  • Contact form without assignment: 12 months after last contact
  • Client contact details: duration of the relationship, then 24 months
  • Invoices and financial records: 7 years (statutory retention)
  • Contracts and assignment confirmations: 7 years after they end
  • Technical website logs: 30 days
  • Access tokens for connected social media channels: for as long as the channel is connected

7. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on all systems, access limited to those who need it, and encrypted backups within the EU.

8. Your rights

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent once given

Email your request to info@triginet.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask for additional details to establish your identity.

9. Complaints

If you disagree with how we handle your data, tell us first. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

10. Changes

We may update this statement. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
